   Proposal Description:
   While there is no question regarding a vascular contribution to AD incidence and progression, the question of which vascular index is most related to AD pathology remains unclear. Using the well characterized UDS dataset, we aim to determine which index of vascular function is most related to conversion to AD and cognitive and functional decline among individuals with MCI at baseline.
